Tempo - Speed (fast/slow) of the Music.
Steady Beat - Always the same. It can change tempo, and it keeps all the parts of music in the right place.
Loud - Sound does not change and gets bigger.
Quiet - Sound does not change and gets smaller.
High - Sound changes and goes up.
Low - Sound changes and goes down.
Melody - The part of music that we sing or play on an instrument with many sounds.
Improvisation - Make up your own song on the spot.
Coda - End.
Stationary Movement - Movement in one spot.
Locomotor Movement - Moving from place to place or traveling movement.
Together Hands - Hands do the same motion at the same time.
Alternating Hands - Hands do the same movement, one after the other.
Gentle - Easy and light.
Rest - Moment of silence in the music.
Glissando - Move the mallets back and forth across the xylophone.
Tremolo - Move the mallets back and forth on one xylophone bar.
Conductor - Person who leads a musical group.
